Instructions
Step 1: Prepare
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and line an 8×4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
Whisk together:
- Flour
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Salt
Set aside.
Step 3: Cream Butter & Sugar
Beat butter and sugar for 3–4 minutes until light and fluffy.
