Lightly grease the foil cups with cooking spray or olive oil.

Step 2: Prepare Dough

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I make these ahead of time?
Yes. Assemble up to 24 hours ahead, refrigerate, and bake just before serving.

Q: Can I use biscuit dough instead of pizza dough?
Yes, but the texture will be softer and more bread-like.

Q: Can I use muffin tins?
Yes. This recipe also works in a jumbo muffin pan. Reduce baking time to about 15–18 minutes.

Q: How do I keep the crust crispy?
Use a moderate amount of sauce, avoid watery vegetables, and let the pizzas cool for a few minutes after baking.

Q: What cheese works best?
Low-moisture mozzarella melts well and gives the classic pizza texture. You can also add provolone, Monterey Jack, or a small amount of cheddar for extra flavor.
