Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (diced small)

    • Apples

    • Pineapple

    • Mango

    • Grapes

    • Strawberries

  • 1 cup colored jelly cubes (store-bought or homemade, cut small)

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or whipped topping)

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon sugar (only if you prefer sweeter)

👩‍🍳 Instructions (10 Minutes Prep!)

1️⃣ Prepare the Fruit
Wash, peel, and dice fruit into small bite-size cubes. Pat dry with paper towel.

2️⃣ Add Jelly Cubes
If making your own jelly, let it fully set before cutting into cubes.

3️⃣ Make the Cream Base
In a bowl, whisk together:

  • Sweetened condensed milk

  • Heavy cream

  • Milk

  • Vanilla

Mix until smooth and creamy.

4️⃣ Combine
Gently fold in fruit and jelly cubes.

5️⃣ Portion & Chill
Spoon into serving cups.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.

💡 Tips (So It Stays Perfect)

  • Avoid watery fruits like watermelon.

  • Add bananas just before serving so they don’t brown.

  • Pat fruit dry to prevent thinning the cream.

  • For a lighter version, use half whipped cream + half Greek yogurt.

Can I make it ahead?
Yes! Up to 24 hours ahead. Keep refrigerated.

Can I freeze it?
Not recommended — texture changes once thawed.

How long does it last?
2–3 days in the fridge in airtight containers.
