Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw honey

  • 8–10 garlic cloves, peeled and lightly crushed


Method

  1. Lightly crush the garlic cloves (do not chop finely).

  2. Put the garlic into a clean glass jar.

  3. Pour raw honey over the garlic until fully covered.

  4. Close the lid loosely (important).

  5. Let it sit at room temperature for 5–7 days.

  6. Stir or gently turn the jar once daily.

    How It’s Commonly Used

    • 1 teaspoon on an empty stomach, usually in the morning.

      Storage

      • Can be kept at room temperature or refrigerated.

      • Lasts several weeks if the garlic stays submerged in honey.
