Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream

Ingredients

Ice Cream

  • 2 cups (480 ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Make the edible cookie dough

  1. Heat-treat the flour first: spread it on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  2. Beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  3. Mix in vanilla and milk.

2. Make the ice cream

3. Assemble

  1. Spread a layer of ice cream into a freezer-safe container.

  4. Finish with extra cookie dough pieces and chocolate chips on top.

4. Freeze

Cover tightly and freeze for 4–6 hours, preferably overnight, until firm.
