Oregano Tea (for digestion & mild cough support)

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or 3–4 fresh leaves

  • 1 cup hot water

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey

  • Optional: squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil.

  2. Pour over oregano leaves.

  3. Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes.

  4. Strain, add honey/lemon if desired.

  5. Drink 1 cup up to once daily.


🌿 For Steam Inhalation (for congestion)

  1. Add 1 tablespoon dried oregano to a bowl.

  2. Pour in hot water.

  3. Lean over the bowl with a towel over your head.

  4. Inhale steam for 5–10 minutes.
