  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger

  • A pinch of black pepper

  • Juice of ¼ lemon

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey

  2. If using matcha: whisk with hot water until smooth.
    If using sencha: steep 2–3 minutes, then strain.
