Apple & Rosemary Tea

📝 Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 medium apple (organic preferred)

  • 1–2 small fresh rosemary sprigs
    (or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary)

  • 2 cups (500 ml) water

  • Optional:

    • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

    • Small cinnamon stick (for extra flavor)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Wash & slice the apple
    Slice thinly. You can leave the peel on (it contains antioxidants).

  2. Boil the water
    Add water to a small pot and bring to a gentle boil.

  3. Add ingredients
    Add apple slices and rosemary (and cinnamon if using).

  4. Simmer
    Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

  5. Steep
    Turn off heat, cover, and let steep another 5–10 minutes.

  6. Strain & serve
    Strain into a cup. Add honey or lemon if desired.

Drink warm. It can also be chilled and served over ice.
