🍵 Quick Mint Recipe (Simple Lung-Soothing Tea)

Ingredients:

  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves

  • 1½ cups water

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

  • Slice of ginger (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the leaves well.

  2. Boil water.

  3. Add mint (and ginger if using).

  4. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.

  5. Strain and add honey.

  6. Drink warm, once or twice daily.

  1. Boil mint leaves in a pot of water.

  2. Remove from heat.
