Citrus-Infused Facial Oil

Ingredients:

  • Peel of 1 organic orange (fully dried)

  • 1–2 whole cloves (optional, very small amount)

  • ½ cup jojoba oil or sweet almond oil (carrier oil)

  • Clean glass jar with lid

Instructions:

  1. Dry the orange peel completely (air-dry 2–3 days or low oven 170°F / 75°C until crisp).

  2. Place dried peel and 1–2 cloves in a glass jar.

  3. Pour oil over until fully covered.

  4. Seal and let infuse for 1–2 weeks in a cool, dark place.

  5. Strain through cheesecloth.

  6. Store in a dark bottle.

How to Use:

  • Patch test first (inside wrist 24 hrs).

  • Use 2–3 drops at night on damp skin.

  • Avoid eye area.

  • Use sunscreen during the day (citrus can increase sun sensitivity).
