Soursop–Hibiscus–Ginger Wellness Smoothie

🥤 Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen soursop (graviola) pulp (seeds removed)

  • 1 cup unsweetened hibiscus tea (cooled)

  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)

  • Juice of ½ lime or lemon

  • 1–2 teaspoons raw honey (optional, adjust to taste)

  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water

  • Ice cubes (optional)


🍵 How to Prepare the Hibiscus Tea

  1. Boil 1 cup of water.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus petals.

  3. Steep for 5–10 minutes.

  4. Strain and let cool completely before using.


🥣 Instructions

  1. Add soursop pulp to a blender.

  2. Pour in cooled hibiscus tea.

  3. Add ginger, turmeric (if using), lime juice, and honey.

  4. Add water or coconut water for desired consistency.

  5. Blend until smooth.
