  • 1 thumb-size fresh ginger (sliced)

  • 4–5 dried hibiscus flowers

  • 4–5 bay leaves

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Optional: 1 tsp honey (after cooling slightly)

  1. Add water, ginger, bay leaves, and hibiscus to a pot.
