Anti-Inflammatory “Liquid Gold” Juice

Ingredients (makes ~1 gallon / 3.5–4 liters)

  • 4 cucumbers

  • 6 celery stalks

  • 4 green apples (for natural sweetness)

  • 2 large handfuls fresh spinach or kale

  • 1 large thumb fresh ginger

  • 1–2 inches fresh turmeric root (or 2 tsp ground turmeric)

  • 2 lemons (peeled)

  • 1 tbsp black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)

  • Optional: small bunch parsley or cilantro


🥤 Instructions

  1. Wash everything thoroughly.

  2. Chop into pieces that fit your juicer or blender.

  3. If juicing: Run all ingredients through a juicer. Stir well.

  4. If blending: Add ingredients with 1–2 cups water, blend until smooth, then strain through a nut milk bag or fine sieve.

  5. Stir in black pepper last.

  6. Store in airtight glass jars in the fridge up to 4–5 days. Shake before drinking.
