🛒 Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (or Monterey Jack)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

For the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Other:

  • 4–6 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (for topping)
  • 4–5 strips cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Make the filling:
    Mix chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  3. Roll tortillas:
    Spread filling evenly onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  4. Make the sauce:
    • Melt butter in a pan
    • Whisk in flour → cook 1 minute
    • Slowly add milk, whisking until thick
    • Stir in cheeses + seasonings until smooth
  5. Assemble:
    Pour sauce over tortillas. Sprinkle extra cheese on top.
  6. Bake:
    20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Finish:
    Top with crispy bacon bits + parsley.
