🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup (100 g) oatmeal (rolled or quick oats)

  • 1 apple, grated

  • 10–12 dried apricots, chopped (rinsed in hot water)

  • 1 egg

  • 2–3 tbsp milk or water (as needed)
