Ingredients

  • 2 cups water

  • 3–4 fresh garlic cloves (lightly crushed)

  • 1–2 inches fresh ginger (sliced)

  • 1 tablespoon raw honey (after cooling)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)


🔥 Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.

  2. Add crushed garlic and sliced ginger.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer 10–15 minutes.

  4. Strain into a mug.

  5. Let cool slightly (warm, not hot), then stir in honey and lemon.
